Our catering can also provide service for rehearsal dinners, welcome parties, bridal parties, and recovery brunches.

Our sister company, PORT Waterfront Bar & Grill, also hosts rehearsal dinners, welcome parties, recovery brunches and wedding buy outs on its Greenport waterfront property.
Corporate Events
Whether it's an intimate small business luncheon, a large conference, or an employee appreciation fun-day, we can accommodate your business. We have a private dining room within SALT Shelter Island that can accommodate up to 35 guests, or, The Boathouse on property, which can accommodate up to 250 guests.
Social Events
Birthday parties, anniversaries, celebrations of life achievements, engagement parties, retirement parties or just a party to party at, SALT Events party with the best of them. We love to make our hosts be able to enjoy their time with friends and family and leave the nuances of a social event up to us.
Cocktail Reception
Just beer and wine, or, top shelf martini bar, our bartenders make sure every is served promptly and efficiently. Passed au d'orves, or, raw bar stations and charcuterie.
Buffet Style
Hot stations, cold platters, dessert towers curated to a fun, casual event.
Plated Dinner
A seasonal salad, followed by a delicious entree, and finished with family style dessert platters for each table.
Family Style
Sharable appetizers, multiple protein and vegetable platters, and finished with a dessert plater for each table.
